It's insane how absolutely every single UK government gets it wrong when tackling childhood obesity. School dinners aren't the issue. Maybe look at the fact you can buy highly processed freezer meals for a fraction of the price of proper whole food meals. This is a poverty issue.

What it’s always been, having fun and making connections. You don’t need to spend a fortune forcing your kid to do gimmicky training to do that.

@based_coach1 @CaptainCons We have lost this a lot in this generation. Parents are to busy pushing more games/events on kids and they are missing the training and development aspect. If you arent a part of the 1% thats born athletic. You have to grasp the importance of training quick to even have a chance.

At 7-14yo your kid doesn’t need training or to specialize in a sport. They need to be a kid.
Play multiple sports. Play pickup sports with their friends outside. Not every waking moment needs to be scheduled for kids.
If you disagree with me then go listen to all the pro athletes who say the same thing

I train kids from every sport imaginable. They all train as “athletes” If a 7-14 year old gets more athletic - they’ll get better at their sport.

Marxists are so weird on the Falklands. There wasn't an indigenous population there that got displaced or dominated. Yeah, they're much closer geographically to Argentina, but they're still 300 miles off the coast, so not especially close.
