@TheRealEstateG6 Start a business to buy real estate. Or better yet, start a side business while keeping the W2 benefits to buy real estate faster.

Reason I always push starting a business on here is 65% of my audience is 18-34 (wide majority in a HCOL area) World of being able to afford that on a w2 salary is fading rapidly & will continue to fade Need to look 10 years into the future, best option is starting a business

I'm seriously considering a used F750 crew cab flatbed for my next "pickup."

It might be fun to just find 12 random chairs to put around this. All goodwill, yard sale, and Habitat for Humanity finds.

Built a 12’ table for outside. 1st table build ever. Now I’m trying to decide on stain color.

Warship hit by monster wave near Antarctica. The fact explorers and merchants went through this for hundreds of years on wooden ships is even crazier.

@gwiesefarms @TorkWhisler @FarmstrongPod But isn’t this the same thing? Dollars Chase profit and the profit is not there to warrant digging in and learning today’s game. The MBA buying an HVAC company is a better bet. Abandon ag.

@gwiesefarms @TorkWhisler @FarmstrongPod No matter how you slice it Grant the ownership of the bank does not see ag as a valuable market segment to sell loans. Thus it allows the brain drain, doesn’t find the capital, etc. OP is solid.

Rural banks around here are getting out of ag lending, one by one, and that should worry you more than any price on the board. When the people who know your balance sheets better than anyone stop betting on you, that's a verdict.

Someone shook my hand today by extending it but leaving it in open position. Is this a thing some are now doing? If so, why? And also, WHY

@Qshizzle97 @bl_ag_inc Exactly. This is why so many of the fresh MBAs that buy an HVAC business fail. They have the money and the theory, but no clue how the real business runs.

This thread has been living in my head rent-free for a few weeks now. I decided to turn it into the next edition of my Amos Ilgenfritz series. Amos Ilgenfritz and the Penny Squeeze is coming soon.

This thread has been bouncing around my head for the last week. We don't understand "frugality." Or being strategically frugal. Cutting the coffee budget is viewed as an equal decision to skipping routine maintenance. Not the same. It is like some are just guessing.
