In addition to reporting hate crime, please report non-crime hate incidents, which can include things like offensive or insulting comments, online, in person or in writing. Hate will not be tolerated in South Yorkshire. Report it and put a stop to it #HateHurtsSY

bought an @endura backpack from @allterraincycle a month ago. Used once and stitching has gone. Thought it would be a straight exchange at the Wetherby shop. Turns out all they had on offer was sarcasm - wouldnt replace the pack without 'sending it off to our other store'. Livid.

@allterraincycle tried to do the same myself earlier today. Except I bought a new backpack from you guys 1 ride ago, thats stitching has gone. Tried to return it today and was subjected to the rudest shop assistant ive met in a bike shop. Just writing a blog now about my experience to share
