After taking a shower, he discovered his 45-year-old wife, Crystal Lynn Fallis, having sex with her 27-year-old biological son, Austin Dennis Lee Casey. The family had been drinking heavily. Another relative who was present had fallen asleep and later woke up to the same sight, prompting 911 calls. Austin fled the scene before police arrived but was quickly located and arrested. Both Crystal and Austin were charged with incest (a Class C felony). They were booked into Craighead County Detention Centre on $35,000 bonds each, with a no-contact order.
