@Rbjacobs been trying to close all my @FNBSA accounts since 13 Dec’18 but since nobody apparently closes accounts at #FNB, I am still trying to get your people to action this to this date. Is there anyone competent in your organisation that knows how to do this.

@CraigLubbe @Discovery_SA Sounds very similar to @FNBSA where they promise to action requests but nothing ever happens. Been trying to close my account with them since 13 Dec.. emails, phone calls, secure chat...

@Eskom_SA I really think you should reconsider charging #customers #penalties when paying more than R2500 on their accounts. Have you thought this through?? You really are trying your best to make the public hate you and see through your #greed and #incompetence. #justsaying

@Uber_RSA if your driver requests to cancel the trip because he is stuck in traffic. Why do you charge the customer a cancellation fee?

@Uber_RSA go back to #googlemaps. Your suggested route sent driver on 20min detour before picking me up. Same now with directions to office.

@FNBSA @rbjacobs it is almost impossible to pay with a #FNB credit card. Constant errors and failed pmts between 3D secure, pins etc.
