@tloz_queen Zelda is hylian right? If nintendo made the decision that hylians can be coloured that way, then they can go right ahead. It would feel strange tho, since it would be the first time seeing zelda like that and all.

Why are some of you in the replies & quotes so mad about this? Yearning for a POC Zelda, especially given that Queen Sonia herself looks so similar to this mod, doesn't harm anyone.

It’s amazing how Zelda fans woke up one day and decided that the Wild games were reboots, and now a good chunk of the community accepts it as fact. Crazy stuff. Only in the Zelda community.

They do mention some stuff though. TP says that sky people founded Hyrule and created the temple of time. Sky people who were closer to the gods than the Hylians. Sounds just like the Zonai to me. Also all you have to do is just push it back further. All the way to the earliest point we have ever seen in a Zelda game. Everything falls into place.

@johniibo They should have released a Wiimote and nunchuck controller for the hd release of skyward sword. Motion controls were better than controlling the sword with the thumb stick imo
