2 of our ASINs have been suppressed for 2 months now because of a restricted word in title. We are the brand owners with brand registry and are unable to edit our own listings. Contribution rights to our brand have been stolen. @AmazonHelp @dharmeshmehta

Result: Unfortunately, Seller Support has been unable to resolve my issue, we are losing 3,000$ daily, and our @Amazon customers are reaching out to us asking when we will be back in stock. Brand registry is unable to push through our contributions.

Task/Action: Upon learning that my ASIN was down, I followed the standard procedures to remove prohibited word from title. Did flat file full update, reached out to support and brand registry but the title contributions are not going through.

@JacoboH800 @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb @bchesky Fortunately we have credit card facilities, and when some guests seemed hesitant, we said they could pay after checking-in. Many paid us in cash after check-in, and after withdrawing from local ATMs. We did drop from the search results. We were previously 1st in our area.

@JacoboH800 @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb @bchesky In a similar situation (no party, but a ‘stuff up’ within Airbnb when they had their own support staff - not outsourced support). We had a hard copy printout of future bookings with guests’ contact details. We were able to offer guests a 15% discount and retrieved 99% of bookings

@JacoboH800 @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb @bchesky Good luck getting those US$100,000 or more of bookings back. If those guests had not stayed with you previously, they would most likely be ‘scared off’ by the cancellation message they received from Airbnb. Of course most of them would have booked with other hosts by now anyway.
