@SteveGelbs Other than Bichette, who in the lineup right not is underperforming? Nobody. Semien is washed. Roberts is who he is. The success of this team falls in the hands of Alvarez, Baty, Vientos, Mauricio, Benge etc. Player development is the problem.

@GernaderJake I’m intrigued due to the Bungie factor, but what made me fall in love with Halo/Destiny is the fast paced gameplay. Brief video footage I’ve watched seems kind of on the boring side for me with gameplay being similar in style to a Battle Royale.

I don’t care if it makes me a shill, a boot licker, etc… I’m genuinely so excited for Marathon. Halo made me fall in love with gaming. Destiny helped me become a streamer. I can’t wait to see what Marathon does. Which runner you choosing? I’m having a hard time deciding.

@GuapoGary_ Agreed, I would want 3 new classes. If Hunter, Titan, and warlock were brought back there would not be enough change and it’d basically just be D2 all over again.

Ngl If there is even a chance for a d3, would ya'll even want the same characters and subclasses? I feel like we have had the same ones for so long. If a d3 came out it would be the perfect time for something in the same universe but completely unique.

@ClintFiore @Brittonnorth That’s still typically too long. Generally it needs to be “freshly committed” or else you need an arrest warrant. Also, SCOTUS says you need exigent circumstances to arrest someone at their residence without an arrest warrant.

My wife got rear ended at a stop sign in a school zone last week, right in front of the school as kids were all getting out. The car that hit her then maneuvers around her takes off. Hit and run. The crossing guard sees the whole thing and saw and memorizes his license plate. She comes running over and tells my wife the plate number. School police officer comes out a minute later and takes a report and asks if she wants to press charges. Yes, of course. She tells me about the incident and I asked her what kind of car it was and if they got a description of the guy. She says it's a white car, thinks it might have been an Acura, and an older guy with grey hair driving it. THE NEXT DAY, I'm leaving my neighborhood pretty far from where it happened, and onto the road I'm about to pull onto turns a white Acura with bad hood damage. I speed out behind it and call my wife and excitedly ask, "that license plate from the car that hit you, was it XXXXXX??" She says, "yeah, how do you know that?" I say, "BECAUSE I'M RIGHT BEHIND HIM RIGHT NOW! I'm calling the cops, hang on I'll call you back." I call 911 and talk to the dispatcher and tell her the situation and that I'm following the guy who hit my wife in a hit and run yesterday. She says don't follow him. I say, "I'm following him. Please send an officer." and proceed to tell her what streets I'm on and directions I'm going. She doesn't know what to do with me but I'm not letting this guy out of sight. He proceeds to make a bunch of random turns then eventually pulls into a driveway of a house on the other side of town and just sits there, doesn't get out. I stop about a house away on the corner and sit there on the side of the road conspicuously with a good vantage point and an escape route if I need to book it out of there. I'm armed but not gonna get in a gunfight over this or risk a confrontation. I just want a cop to show up and catch this person. While sitting there the cop that took the police report the day before from my wife calls me. I tell him the address of the house the guy's at and ask if anyone's coming. He says they can't come out and that it's an investigation now since it happened the day before... I'm like, "But he's RIGHT HERE. We caught him red handed! Same license plate. He's on video from the school. Car has front end damage. I just did your job for you! We got him!" Nope, they can't come out. I don't know what to do at this point. I give up and hang up and sit there still looking at the guy still sitting there in the driveway. His window is down. It's an old white guy with veteran plates. I sit there a bit longer and an old lady walks out of the house and starts to load herself into the car. They both seem pretty old and frail and non-threatening. I decide to pull behind them 90 degrees with my window down, stay in my car, and strike up a convo. We briefly talked/yelled to each other from our cars with neither of us getting out of vehicles, he pretty much admitted he did it, made an excuse for not stopping, claimed he has insurance but doesn't know his policy number (he doesn't actually have insurance). I kept the exchange brief, got his phone number and name, and drove off. But we're trying to get this guy a felony because he caused a high enough $$$ amount damage to get one. Anyways... good times. Was fun chasing the guy around town and busting him. I'll update y'all later and let you know how our justice system works (or doesn't) when you catch someone dead-to-rights that fled a hit and run.

@Brittonnorth @ClintFiore The reason why the cop won’t go out is because the situation has now become stale. Too much time has passed since the original incident to take someone into custody without an arrest warrant. Now, the investigation occurs and an arrest warrant is drafted for a judge

@ClintFiore The police tell you not to follow people because they don’t want violence over a collision. There have been murders over stuff like that. Tempers flare when vehicles are involved. I would have came out and dealt with that though. Small stuff like that is important to tax payers.

@TKopelman I see. I meant more on when you’re filing taxes. Is it just the $2k child credit per dependent or is there anything else advantageous to it?
