Order #407-8842876-3305101 was picked up on 10th May, but still not marked as picked up. Refund also stuck 2nd such incident in a month. Serious loophole in pickup/refund process? No proper way to report in app. Please investigate and initiate refund. @AmazonHelp @amazonIN

@amazonIN Return request approved (order number 407-6943395-7085957) but pick-up shows cancelled with no way to reschedule. Customer care just redirects to “manage order” with no options. Stuck in an endless loop. Please fix this ASAP.

@LivpureSmart Pathetic service experience. Ticket JS-251217102747125 attended twice with zero resolution. First- asked to fix inlet pipe via plumber. Second-part replaced, RO now makes noise, advised to “observe”. Is this your idea of service?
