@noahpryor @denk_tweets can you send this to the support team when you have a chance re: branded links? cannot go back to legacy via beehiiv dash, all dns settings are proper. i can change to sendgrid or branded, either way. ty all, impacting all links within email, web works.

@whyitscurations @denk_tweets @noahpryor It looks like you still need to complete the second step for setting up the branded link where you update the CNAME you created. B/c it looks like currently no CNAME exists that I can see. If you go back to your domain settings, you should be able to finish the setup

@jamessowers @danielcberk @beehiiv Hey! Looks like it propagated and finished setup so it's reachable on the www. Big part of why we recommend the www is bc many DNS registrars don't allow setting CNAMEs on the root. If yours does, then you can totally use the root if you want, up to you!

@danielcberk @beehiiv Any idea why it's not working? It's probably just shy of 24 hours, so could still be propagating or maybe I need to tap support and share a screenshot of my DNS settings.

Main reason it’s like this is to ensure that there is an example of every type of content block for you to see while editing the theme which may not be the case editing your own post. We’ll definitely consider as we update the UI around this though
