Dear @SouthwestAir Please explain to me: I’m a-list (have been for years), card member (have been for years), and have companion pass (have had it for years) why am I in boarding group 5?! So I can’t even bring one carry on on.

@SouthwestAir As an A-List Preferred, Priority Credit Card holder, and Companion Pass holder, I’m disappointed with the new assigned seating & boarding. It takes longer than before—too many people crowding with no clear flow. Front seats are the only real perk for loyal flyers, but if overhead bins are full (from later boarders), we end up stowing bags in the back & fighting crowds to deplane. Why pay extra for ‘premium’ if it doesn’t work? The bag policy changes don’t incentivize checking even though it’s free for me—carousel delays & lost bag risks keep me carrying on. You’re alienating your most loyal customers & making competitors look better. Please reconsider & fix these issues! #Southwest
