Warclandestine (Jacob Creech) made it into this paper as well. Two months prior to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, John Mark Dougan (at this time working for Dugin's Lieutenant at the CGE which also had a GRU officer as the deputy there) moved from covering Afghanistan to producing a two part documentary on biolabs in Ukraine. A few days before the invasion, someone posted a map of Ukraine with biolabs overlayed on the map on gab. The day the invasion happened, Warclandestine posted that map and his thread on biolabs went viral and he was subsequently invited on InfoWars to discuss Ukraine's biolabs. If I was working at the FBI, this series of events and people would have absolutely caught my interest, and I would be investigating if there were any connections between them.

This is American defector to Russia John Mark Dougan with Aleksandr Dugin's daughter Daria promoting the Kremlin line of multipolarity. Dougan receives taskings from the Center for Geopolitical Expertise (CGE) which was established by Dugin and is now run by his long-time lieutenant Valery Korovin. Working with Korovin at the CGE is an officer of Russia's Military Intelligence unit 29155, the same unit that is suspected of using the weapons associated with Havana Syndrome. Dougan's CopyCop network is linked to storm-1516 information operations that have successfully been amplified by large accounts on X. Storm-1516 works to weaken western support for Ukraine. In Dugin's Foundation of Geopolitics, the plan was for Russia to take Ukraine back and CGE and Dougan assist in that objective.

@ryanmauro you might find this interesting as well. Finally got out two partial chapters of my unpublished book into this paper. It's still rough and needs editing, but I suspect it will serve as a useful reference paper for people writing and speaking on this subject.

I can vouch for like 90-95% of the accuracy of the paper, but the last bit, I'll be honest I've been drinking while writing it, because I'm pretty darn tired of the subject at this point. @eyepatch_man, if I can rope him in on another project, will clean it up for me in the next version I release.

Anyone tired of Dugin yet? I was at least two years ago. I'd rather be investigating the Left, but unfortunately this warlock is prolific and a master networker and even got to Tucker Carlson. If you aren't tired of him, I'm dropping a link here in the next hour to a 60-page working paper of mine that covers him and some of his network. Going to finish this🍺first before I upload it though.
