1. @awscloud sends email warning of Lambda python3.9 EOL
2. AWS Control Tower has CFN Template StackSet-AWSControlTowerBP-BASELINE-CLOUDWATCH with Python3.9 hardcoded, triggering email above
3. No Control Tower updates available at this time (ver 3.3)
Own goal, AWS. Again.

@henrykemp It was, as the lack of effective AC at 42°C was limiting. Cooler now at honfleur on the coast.

@Qantas you changed my booking for December and I am not sure this connectioj in Melbourne is possible without time travel. Can you please correct the laws of physics or the schedule you have modified, whichever is easier.

Apologies to @VictoriaCoren and @claudiawinkle if my 10 year old gave you a start with "boo" trying to scare her brother at the gates to St Johns Wood grounds today. A fab summer's day.

Am surprised to learn @Aussie_BB does not support mobile roaming for voice services outside of Australia. Not looking forward to 7 weeks in Europe being incommunicado unexpectedly for people trying to call or sms text me. At least eSIMs and WhatsApp works.

@houlihan_rick I try to do all my morning calls while walking for this reason. My wife bought me a treadmill desk for my birthday that I'm going to set up this weekend.

Around 2 years ago I was on stage at an AWS Summit in NYC when I felt a pulsing muscle in my chest. I stretched a bit and it went away, but it came back 2-3 times before I was done talking. I don't think anyone even noticed, but I went straight to the ER from Javits. The CT scan revealed I had the lungs of a 20 year old but what looked like a 5-6cm aneurism near my heart.
After more accurate testing at home it came back at 4.5cm. The cardiologist felt that due to my size it was not an immediate concern and we should monitor rather than do surgery.
I changed my life a little. Started doing pushups and crunches regularly and walking more when I travel, which as some of you know is quite a bit. I kind of watch what I eat a bit but not too much.
2 years later I went in the other day to review the first imaging tests since that all went down.
No sign of any aneurism at all. It is completely gone.
It is crazy how much healthier you can be making the smallest changes to your daily routine

Science is wonderful.
"ammonia present in Adélie penguins’ faeces contributes to cloud formation".
Explains a lot.
