Sometimes, when I'm feeling particularly down or stressed, I'll pack a suitcase for an imaginary tropical holiday. I'll try on my fun summer clothes and throw them in the case with a snorkel, flip flops, sun hat etc. I'll unpack a few days later when my mood's a bit better.
