I'd suggest #FreddieFlintoff, #KyleHogg and BBC should be hugely congratulated for #FieldOfDreams The opportunity given to these lads, trips abroad, the passion shown by Fred & Kyle & BBC backing obvs can't be replicated in every deprived area. It shows that if you give people focus, support, trust & responsibility, they can thrive and grow. Great programme and surely lessons can be learned by cricket and beyond.
