@janetmachuka_ I’ve been using @ContentStudioio to manage my social media platforms. It has many advanced features like analytics, content discovery, an AI assistant, and more. Overall, it’s a great tool with affordable plans

@markarobey @saradietschy limiting social media time is smart, tools like HeroPost or Hootsuite help a lot. Fameswap lets you buy or sell established accounts so you skip building from zero.

Twitter changed something that will make me stop coming here as often Now when you open your twitter tab in safari / chrome on your phone the webpage automatically reloads and forces you back on the for you page Previously accessing it via web instead of the app was less addicting because it would stay on my following tab I had no idea what was going on over in For You land Better for the slot machines that is social media but weird on my end as it was kinda the last place I’d come to. I deleted tik tok years ago after it became way too addicting within days of being on it. I’ve recently had to start logging out of IG immediately after posting there so I don’t get on the reel hamster wheel In an epic battle for focus as I juggle making things and being a mom Idk why this became so long sorry

@stanslavev13 @publer I heard of this tool but haven’t used it myself. I try different schedulers for my work and currently sticking with ContentStudio. I like its interface, and it’s a pretty cheap option compared to big names like Hootsuite and Sprout Social.

@InWayneMode @wickedguro It’s great but honestly the market is pretty crowded with schedulers. You’d need to put in a lot of work for a new tool to compete.

@KintuLabs Lots of schedulers in the market with good features these days, but pricing can be crazy expensive. I’m using ContentStudio, it has pretty good features, keeps improving the dashboard, and is cheaper than some others. You might really like it.

@VBierschwale @VivekGRamaswamy @elonmusk @POTUS I'm the worst millennial to give this advice since I'm bad at it myself, but we really need to get a multi-platform system working for you for social media so that the work you do can reach more people and younger audiences. I know people say Buffer is great for this.

@its_paulkim @cameronpetitti Yeah, it’s pretty similar to Hootsuite or ContentStudio in terms of scheduling and editing posts for each platform. But honestly, there are so many schedulers out there now, feels like the next one really needs to bring something fresh to stand out

@cameronpetitti Great idea! Is it similar in concept to Hootsuite or Sprout Social where you schedule posts and can also edit what post, caption, etc. for each platform? Or is it just the ability to post the same thing across all platforms?

Meeting-scheduling platforms (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.) should start offering 25-minute slots instead of 30, 55 instead of 60, and so on. The final few minutes of most meetings rarely add meaningful value, and built-in time limits from these tools make it easier to wrap up calls naturally. That extra 5-minute buffer between back-to-back meetings can make a significant difference in both productivity and overall quality of life.

social media management can be very chaotic, and you can't keep up by doing everything manually. this is why the best social media managers use automation to stay consistent, organised, and focused on the community. here are five automation tools that can be helpful: ➺ notion plan content, track ideas, map out calendars, and keep everything in one clear system. structure is what allows you to stay consistent. ➺ buffer schedule posts across multiple platforms with simple organisation. planning ahead frees you to focus on real-time engagement. ➺ tweethunter manage x presence with scheduling, performance monitoring, and pattern control. it helps you keep posting rhythm without stress. ➺ typefully draft and schedule x posts and threads with simple steps. it helps you manage sequences and reuse ideas without losing quality. ➺ gro3: use ai for social listening and trend alerts, it scans platforms like x and reddit to help you jump into relevant conversations and trends. automation is not a shortcut. it is a full system that frees you to focus on community, culture, and communication. the best social media managers do not work harder. they work in rhythm.

2/ the overall social media management tools market (covering scheduling, analytics, content management, etc.) is large. Some sources put it in the several billions today and forecast sustained growth as more businesses adopt social-media based strategies.

Here's the exact prompt 👇: Act as a professional Social Media Strategist. Using the inputs below, generate a 30-day content calendar focused on achieving the Main Goal. First, do a brief internal research & strategy step using your existing knowledge and, if available, live web data for this Topic/Niche and Target Audience. Clarify the audience’s main pain points and desires, the types of posts and hooks that perform well in this niche, and any relevant current trends. Use these insights only to guide the calendar, do NOT output them separately. The output MUST be a Markdown table with these exact columns (and nothing else): Day #, Date, Theme/Pillar, Platform, Content Idea, Call to Action (CTA). Calendar guidelines: - Create exactly 30 rows, one for each consecutive calendar day starting from the Start Date, with real dates in ascending order. - The Theme/Pillar in each row must be one of the provided Content Pillars, with a reasonably balanced mix across the 30 days. - The Platform column must follow the Posting Schedule. If multiple platforms are specified for a given day, create one row per platform. Content guidelines: - Each Content Idea must state the post type (e.g., Reel, carousel, static post, story, live, poll, LinkedIn text post) and include a clear, scroll-stopping hook tailored to the Target Audience. - Each CTA must be specific, action-oriented, and directly support the Main Goal (e.g., “Download the free guide”, “Book a call”, “Join the newsletter”, “Comment with your #1 question”). - Vary formats and angles across the 30 days (e.g., educational, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, FAQs, objections, social proof, engagement prompts) to avoid repetition. - Make every idea clearly connected to the Target Audience’s key pain points and desires and aligned with the Main Goal, guided by the research step above. Inputs (fill these in before running the prompt): * Topic/Niche: [Insert your Topic/Niche here] * Target Audience: [Insert your Target Audience here, including key pain points & desires if known] * Main Goal: [Insert your Main Goal here, e.g., grow email list / drive sales / build authority] * Posting Schedule: [Insert your Posting Frequency & Platform here, e.g., 5x/week on IG Reels + 3x/week on LinkedIn] * Content Pillars: [Insert your 3–5 Content Pillars here, separated by commas] * Start Date: [Insert the first date of your calendar, e.g., November 18, 2025] Only output the final Markdown table. Do NOT include explanations, notes, or any text outside the table.
