@csswizardry random question, but as my feed’s resident dev cook, do you like fried chicken, and if so what’s your go-to recipe?

@petersuhm Do you have a .cursorrules file? I’ve found it so helpful for getting good quality code

Agent mode in Cursor is insane for just quickly getting something on the screen while you're building

@peer_rich @aboodman @hbjORbj It's not just that, you're adopting RSC in places where it's unnecessary and makes things slow. Embrace client components where client experience trumps everything else.

aargh cal.com is so sloooow. Every. Click. Takes. Forever. I don't have enough attention span for software like this.

Just found @volta_net It's been a game changer for managing PRs within my agency. Used to throw links into a Slack channel, so having separate notifications and an inbox for them is extremely helpful. Thanks @Atinux and @nuxtlabs team!

I’ve written a brand new talk for MFE and it’s given me whatever the opposite of Imposter Syndrome is. This is gonna be a banger. Be there, or be aspect-ratio: 1 /1;

Register here sanity.io/events/develop… We’ll look at solving: - Restrictive blocks that don't work for your content - Confusing or bloated blocks - The need to ask your development team to add more flexibility - Forced focus on design, pulling focus from content And more!

My first talk this year is on editor efficiency, and tackling some of the major pain points. - Block flexibility - Cut out repetition - Keep it looking 👌 I’ll be speaking at @sanity_io’s developer deep dive on 9th July at 5pm (UK) to show how we can improve on modular content

@andreasklinger @danielcroe I use “app” as my top level directory, as proposed in this issue, and put my non-feature stuff in there. I then have a directory called “features”, and each directory in there represents a feature. Each feature has directories in for their pieces, like components, hooks, etc

@andreasklinger @danielcroe Splitting by feature is a must for me for anything larger than a basic app. I find it helps with separation of concerns so much, and if the lines blur it’s usually because I haven’t thought it through enough - it helps me to catch design flaws early

@Jamiewarb @sanity_io @mawla_io I don't have access to this anymore, but it comes down to wrapping that block array with a React component that listens for a window.postmessage from the iframe and changes the open state of the matching item.
