Andere mogelijke oorzaak: overgewicht/slechte verdeling van gewicht in het ruim. Foute snelheidsberekeningen voor gewicht wat ze hadden, te vroege take off op de piste, foute configuratie van slats en flaps voor gewicht en nodige snelheid.

Do you see how the engines are glowing. That's not because they've been burning propellent, they've been idle since boostback.
So is entry heating enough to do this at only Mach 3-4
