@marksandspencer just been to your store at Teeside Retail Park and bought a fresh chicken. I asked staff member if they had a bag, he said ‘have you not got one’ I had but just purchased clothes in same store didn’t want to put chicken in with them. So I had to carry it 🤬

@nectar Hi can I just ask why you don’t get the extra nectar points when you buy more than 1 item? Today I have bought several items on my offers in the app and only get the points once. I have noticed this previously !!

@lufthansa travelling Manchester to Munich - Singapore then to Melbourne with Singapore airlines booked through you March 2024 Outward flight 11 February changed from 4:40pm to 11:05am so 8 hour wait in Munich airport had to book hotel now in Manchester for previous night 😢

@lufthansa We have contacted them they have redone our return one but we have had no notification by email to advise of these changes only by chance we looked at website. Could you offer a lounge pass to make our long wait bearable in Munich?

@marksandspencer Hi wonder if you can help. Bought a jumper just before Xmas first time wearing today went for lunch with friends and so embarrassed when my white blouse is covered in fluff. I had looked for a while to find the exact top and it is not fluffy.

@nectar Hi could you explain to me how myself, a regular customer to Sainsbury’s every week who has spent a lot of money and been a member since it started. I use the scan and go and every 3rd week I have to have my shopping checked. It is so annoying as staff are always busy
