Yesterday I attended the @CA_Dem State Convention in San Francisco to troll the democrats. Listen to this public school teacher first lie to me about gender identity ideology not being taught in the classroom, and then tell me she has 2 “nonbinary” grandchildren. And the younger one knew at 6 yrs old she was nonbinary! Mass psychosis. @WeAreCTA

Federal investigators are examining whether these schools are teaching sexual orientation and gender identity content in Pre-K–12 classrooms — and whether parents are properly notified of their right to opt out. They’re also reviewing bathroom and locker room policies to determine whether access to single-sex spaces is based on biological sex, as outlined under Title IX. The Trump administration’s position is clear: Title IX protections are grounded in biological sex, and girls’ spaces should remain protected for girls. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon cited Supreme Court precedent affirming parents’ rights to guide their children’s upbringing and protect them from ideological instruction that conflicts with their beliefs. She also emphasized that Title IX requires safeguarding girls’ safety and dignity in intimate spaces. This comes after Michigan approved revised Health Education Standards recommending middle school instruction on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. The districts must respond by April 6. Federal funding could be at stake. This isn’t just about curriculum. It’s about parental rights, girls’ privacy, and whether long-standing sex-based protections in public schools remain intact.
