I am 41 and my biological age is 29.5. I have much to learn and do still. I have been fine tooth combing through data for 20 years on longevity. I’ve worked in the supplement industry, trained elite athletes, exercised in a multidisciplinary approach,

@elonmusk I really feel we should focus on longevity. Birth rates are declining and SpaceX is gonna send us out into the Cosmos. Being able to control DNA is a must. It’s foundational to space, travel, and the continuation of our species.

Viruses do not respect borders. I thank Prime Minister @sanchezcastejon not only for meeting #Spain’s legal duty under international law, but also for exercising his moral duty to show solidarity with, and compassion and kindness for, the passengers on MV Hondius cruise ship. Our work is not over. @WHO will continue to work closely with experts in all affected countries. Our strongest immunity is solidarity.

Thanks, Bryan, yes most of these things are the main problems with society. Society is sleep, deprived, lonely, overworked, and filling their body with toxins, and we could eliminate this. Most people would live a long, healthy life. The body is pretty resilient. It has learned to adapt to many stressors, but it can’t be overwhelmed like this.

This is it. Everything learned spending millions on longevity. From: Your Immortal Unc and Auntie. To: Our Immortal nieces and nephews. 0. Sleep is the world's most powerful drug. 1. Be in your bed for 8 hours 2. Same bedtime every night, any time before midnight 3. Don’t eat right before bed 4. Calm foods for dinner 5. No screens 1 hour before bed 6. Avoid added sugar (be aware it’s in everything) 7. Avoid all things in an American convenience store 8. Avoid fried foods 9. Shoes off at the door 10. Eat whole foods, particularly veggies fruits nuts legumes berries 11. Walk a little after meals or air squats 12. Get your heart rate high routinely 13. Lift heavy things 14. Stretch daily 15. Water pik, floss, brush, tongue scrape, morning and night 16. Make an effort to drink water 17. Get sunlight when you wake up (UV is low) 18. Protect skin in midday sun 19. Stand up straight 20. See at least one friend once a week 21. Avoid plastic where you can (in all things) 22. Circulate air in rooms 23. When stressed, breathe, learn to calm your body 24. Go to the dentist 25. Avoid sitting for long times 26. Protect your hearing, the world is too loud 27. Alcohol is bad for you 28. Finish coffee before noon 29. Avoid bright lights after sunset 30. If obese, look into a GLP 31. Sleep in a cold room 32. Texting while driving is dangerous 33. Turn off all notifications 34. Limit social media use 35. Don’t smoke anything 36. If you struggle to sleep, read a physical book before bed 37. 1 hour before bed have a calm wind down routine: bath, read, light walk, listen to music 38. The body is a clock and loves routine. Have a daily morning and evening schedule. 39. Avoid long distance travel where you can 40. Baby steps first: incorporate new things slowly 41. Do less… most things don’t work. Bonus points if you get your blood checked. Start here, it will change your life.

🚨 3 PEOPLE DEAD — NOW INFECTED AMERICAN PASSENGER FROM HANTAVIRUS CRUISE SHIP TESTS POSITIVE AFTER LANDING IN U.S. What started on one luxury cruise ship is suddenly getting a lot closer to home. Officials now confirm: One American passenger evacuated from the hantavirus-hit cruise ship has tested POSITIVE for the virus… while another is already showing mild symptoms during transport back to the United States. The flight carrying them just landed in Nebraska under quarantine protocols. • 3 people already dead from the virus • Positive passenger reportedly asymptomatic • Second passenger separated after showing signs of illness • 9 more Americans across 6 states now being monitored for possible exposure • CDC under growing pressure as leadership chaos raises new concerns Health officials insist: “This is not COVID.” But people are noticing something else: Quarantine units. Passengers isolated mid-flight. Multiple states now monitoring contacts. And officials still admitting they don’t fully know where the original infections happened. The CDC says transmission requires “close contact.” Now the internet is asking the obvious question: If this virus is supposedly so hard to spread… how are more cases still appearing?

Scientists discovered one of the most nutrient-dense substances in nature inside an unlikely source: a cockroach. The species, Diploptera punctata, is unusual because it gives birth to live young instead of laying eggs. During development, the embryos are fed a nutrient-rich, milk-like fluid inside the mother’s body. That fluid forms tiny protein crystals in the embryos’ stomachs. When researchers analyzed the crystals, they found a highly concentrated mix of proteins, fats, sugars, and all 9 essential amino acids required in the human diet. The crystals also appear to release energy slowly during digestion, providing a steady supply of nutrients as the embryos grow. The discovery attracted attention after some reports suggested the substance could be more calorie-dense than mammalian milk, including human breast milk. But scientists have not shown that it offers special health benefits for humans, and harvesting it on a large scale would be extremely impractical. Researchers remain interested in the finding because it demonstrates how evolution can produce unexpected biological adaptations even in one of the world’s most disliked insects. Inside this tiny cockroach species, nature developed microscopic nutrient crystals capable of sustaining life during one of the most demanding stages of development. #Hantavirus is not COVID, and the risk to the people of Tenerife is low because of the nature of the disease and the actions of the Spanish government. I commend Spain’s response, in line with the International Health Regulations, and the strong show of solidarity by Prime Minister @sanchezcastejon, the citizens of the country, and the people of Tenerife. @WHO will continue supporting in any way possible because this is important for the world and for Tenerife. Solidarity is the best immunity.

Breaking Bad star Giancarlo Esposito says it's time for a "revolution," says some people would die, but "the rest of us" would survive. "They can't take us all down. If the whole world showed up... in Washington, they'll kill a 500, 50 million or however..." "But the rest of us would survive... This is the time for a revolution."
