Ladies, stop treating your body like a man's. You tolerate cold less well than he does. You dont do as well with fasting. You need more sleep. Carbs are critical for your hormones. You have a 28 day cycle unlike his 24 hour cycle. Your body is geared to safety, whereas his is geared to challenge.

@JasonParso65501 @AlpacaAurelius Women need some carbs the last 2 weeks of their cycle, the infamous PMS period..it’s your body telling you to eat some chocolate. You can throw your hormone health off very badly by ignoring this and staying keto or carnivore for months or years.
