Our hearts are broken. We @UNEP mourn the loss of so many @UN @UNRWA colleagues. We echo the calls for #HumanitarianCeasefire. We are also deeply aware that the toxic trail of war impacts people and the environment for generations after the guns have gone silent.

No, eating organic veg isn't better for you. BUT organic is more profitable for farmers & improves some measures of soil health (eg microbial activity). Organic farmers are trying to figure out how to grow food with fewer inputs, and we need that. news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/…
