Man claims he was laid off because of USAID funding cuts.
His job? Gender equality and social Inclusion advisor for Chemonics. It included gender lens training in Tanzania and libraries for inclusive education in Colombia.
We were funding this trash
@GlobeEyeNews The likelihood that this treatment exists and is effective is vanishingly small. Cancer is complicated and there is no one single cause. Here is a decent ref stanfordhealthcare.org/medical-condit…
@GlobeEyeNews Here is the announcement from tass tass.com/science/1887455 it is reportedly an mRNA vaccine, the same technology used for most of the successful covid vaccines, prompting your cells to produce a particular protein. It reportedly "suppresses tumor development and Metastasis"
@GlobeEyeNews I am not an oncologist but I have worked with expert oncologists and proteomics for many years. I have never heard anybody even come close to claiming a single treatment, let alone a vaccine that can stop all types of cancer tumour.
@TMFScottP@TMFScottP and behold! positive action on a number of areas including online safety for children. These guys just busted a gut to get a ton of legislation through both houses of parliament. What exactly do you think real positive action would look like? more hand waving?
Labor was elected for two reasons;
1. Not being Scott Morrison
2. Hope of real, positive action in lots of areas.
They might lose government, because 1 gets you elected but 2 keeps you on the Treasury benches only if you deliver.
The LNP can't believe its luck.

@TheSydney2000@AlboMP@PeterDutton_MP@TheSydney2000 I'm a parent and I support the legislation. Social media can be dangerous for young people and this change gives parents time to prepare kids to navigate these dangers when they are mentally and emotionally more equipped to do so
You are a disgrace and so is @PeterDutton_MP
I am yet to speak to a single parent who wants the Government to parent their children or ban their kids from social media.
Australia will have a whole generation of kids with zero resilience on social media and no skill set to manage the online world.
Australians …..this has nothing to do with keeping children safe.
This is all about forcing all adults to now use a digital ID or face scan (to prove they are over 16) to log in to social media. Conveniently paving the way for government tracking and arresting people for tweets and posts like they do in the UK.
Here is a photo of our PM last week. Two men dizzy with the idea of absolute Government control.
@PoliBard@AlboMP@PoliBard the ESafety commissioner is doing her job. The federal government is not after other people's children. Both houses of parliament and both sides of politics have agreed to give parents an additional tool to keep their kids safe online.
@AlboMP If this legislation is needed, what the hell is the esafety commission doing? Keeping children safe online is their primary directive.
Have a kid with Jodie if you want to play daddy. Leave other people's children alone.
@AlboMP Just so we all know, this worthless legislation is an election stunt and a payback.
It will do nothing and achieve nothing except pretend to fix a problem by making it worse.
It's the legislative equivalent of a tin can with a very large label on it and nothing inside the tin.
@SaraVic333@AlboMP@SaraVic333 Albo is not the parent of your children, he is an elected representative and a public servant. He is *a* parent. Australia is not destroyed. You can express your opinions through our democratic processes because you are a citizen of a free and moderate nation.
@AlboMP Oi @AlboMP!
I'm the parent, NOT you!
I make the decisions for my children, NOT you!
YOU ARE NOT PART OF MY FAMILY!
You have destroyed Australia but I won't allow you to creep into my home!
@QBCCIntegrity@AlboMP@QBCCIntegrity Albo is not your daddy, he just has the bottle to draw a line that makes it easier to keep children safe online. The bill was not a trojan horse, it was debated and discussed by our/your elected representatives in two houses of the strongest democracy in the world
@AlboMP Albo. YOU’RE NOT OUR DADDY.
Get the hell out of our lives, stop. Just STOP. We don’t want you stepping in the shoes of parents.
We certainly don’t want you hiding behind “safety” just so you can make us ID ourselves so you can come after us if we disagree with what you say.
@chrisprimod@AlboMP Power to you @chrisprimod you obviously have it figured out. What is the most important thing for keeping kids safe online, is it restricted access? Education or just values? For me, I tried to instill a deep sense of scepticism for online content.
