FIRST ON FOX: Shocking video shows a Texas father fatally shooting an illegal immigrant from Mexico as the migrant tried to carjack his vehicle with his family inside. Officials say suspect Jose Ramirez parked at a nearby gas station and was unsuccessfully attempting to "take several vehicles by force" in the parking lot. Ramirez was then seen running across the road to a convenience store parking lot where he attempts to forcefully take the father's car. While Ramirez was unarmed, authorities say he was "using force," and the father had no way of knowing whether he had a weapon.

Let’s not ignore the timing here. 🚨CIVIL SUIT FILED: I have officially filed a civil suit against Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko. I promised to use every legal avenue to hold the Ostroushkos responsible and will be working with @MurdockJDF as we continue to pursue justice. Chris, Deyanna and Paige are all facing federal charges and will also now be facing a civil suit for their violent and egregious behavior. Not only did this family attack me, but they then doubled down and went on a media tour to further lie about me while attempting to raise money. I made a promised that I wouldn’t let them get away with this and am looking forward to keeping it.
