@RoyalMailHelp do you provide photographic evidence of what you have found to be dangerous in the parcel and do you provide evidence that this is disposed of and not taken home by a RM worker. I know for certain that this parcel did not contain restricted or dangerous goods !!!!

@RoyalMailHelp I purchased an item that was dispatched to yourselves on the 19th December on special delivery. To date I’ve still not received it and you are now saying it may contain restricted items, I know for certain that this package does not contain anything restricted

@NeomOrganics can you tell me where my order is? It was on 48 hour tracked and it’s been nearly a week. Royal Mail are still waiting for you to dispatch the item so there is no movement there. Totally unacceptable. You should at least refund me for the delivery cost. Poor show.

@DWP you have said that my national insurance number isn’t mine, this has resulted in my student loan not being paid out. I now have no money to pay my accommodation fees. Could you please help by contacting the SLC to get this sorted

@sheena_77 @WayfairUK Same here, XDP are a dreadful company. They’ve had my order since the 11th October and it’s still not left their depot. Unless @Wayfair change their delivery company I won’t be shopping with them again

@HMRCcustomers I am trying to contact somebody re my national insurance number but the phone line goes dead when I choose any option. I’ve been issued with a national insurance number but it’s not recognised with the student loan company. Any help greatly appreciated

@Klarna I’ve used Klarna for a couple of years with no issues. I can’t use it at all now, continually get a message saying you can’t verify my personal details. Nothing changed my end so obviously issue your end
