Today is mgk’s first platinum album’s 5 year anniversary: Tickets To My Downfall …and it changed everything. mgk and @travisbarker and the crew made ‘Bloody Valentine’ on their very first recording session. Bloody Valentine was the reason Kells and Travis decided to do a whole pop punk album. They called each other after that session like “if that’s the first song we did, on the first day, then what else could we make if we did this for a month.”
