ABC is a public network that airs over public airways. The FCC requires that everything they air has to be in the public best interest. You are uneducated. I was station manager of two syndicated networks ABC and FOX…and yes, the FCC can pull your license for much less than that… They have very strict rules. ABC buys a license to send a signal on free public Airwaves, which is different than private. If Jimmy Kimmel was on a private cable network, that would be different.
