I bought @MyBobs Goof Proof protection with my sectional sleeper and filed a claim in good faith. Now I’m being bounced between Bob’s and the warranty company, with Bob saying they can’t help even though they sold the protection. Asking Bob to step in and help reach a resolution

.@AmericanAir After admitting a rebooking error that caused loss of Premium Economy seats, AA still claims a partial fare refund resolves a senior passenger’s involuntary downgrade and medical hardship. A supplemental update has now been filed with DOT. Awaiting accountability.

Visited Häagen-Dazs at Jersey Gardens with my 2 toddlers. Bought 2 cones, paid extra for a cup—but was refused extra spoons. Staff was dismissive! I get that they may not want to promote ice cream sharing, but this isn't the way to handle it. @HaagenDazs_US #CustomerService

What’s worse? Support refuses to refund me — not even 1 month. The excuse: “We can’t verify usage due to no-logs policy.” Of course you can’t — I was never able to log in.
