Let's be honest, Weiser is backed by Soros and Bennett is backed by Bloomberg. While Colorado Republicans fight over their candidate, none of them are acknowledging the fact, there isn't a conservative sugar daddy willing to back a Colorado Republican. Even if all 3 GOP candidates pooled their money together, they wouldn't even have half of what 1 Democrat candidate has. I've seen more attacks on Republican candidates by so called Colorado Republicans than I have on Democrat candidates. The Washington Post nailed it when they published an article about the fact, "this is the year Colorado Republicans blow their best chance at taking the state back from Democrat control because of infighting." The Colorado Republican party is split into factions like it's Lord Of The Flies. When the election is over and we have another Democrat governor, the only people to blame will be ourselves, and the outcome will be a lot of good patriots and unaffiliated leaving the state for "Red" pastures. While the lunatic Republicans who cost us this election scream about staying and fighting to take our state back. However, everyone fleeing will realize the fighting the Colorado Republicans want people to do isn't against the Democrats ruining our state, it's amongst ourselves.

It opens the door to lawsuits against parents — along with schools, organizations, and practices. Let that sink in: If you hire a counselor to help your child feel comfortable in their own body… you could be sued for it. ⚠️ NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS Most medical malpractice claims have a 2-year statute of limitations. But under this bill? There is no time limit. That means a parent, counselor, or practice could be sued decades later — 10, 20 even 50 years after the fact. At the same time, children who were physically, medically harmed and later detransitioned? Attempts to ensure justice for them keep getting killed by CO democrats. ⚠️ STACKED AGAINST DEFENDANTS This bill doesn’t just allow lawsuits — it makes them incredibly hard to defend.
