NC: EHRC has *powers* to publish statutory guides to *assist* employers, but that does not mean the law is not binding until they do. The law is as it has been since 2010.

NC: SC talks of hindsight - that gender critical beliefs not protected until 2021, that TW are men until 2025. But the tribunal *must* use hindsight. All these judgments - and others - declare the law as it is and always was.

I just had a knock at the door and I could see through the glass that it was two police uniforms.... They'd come to tell me that no further action will be taken against me on the grounds that I have done nothing wrong. Which was nice of them. I really wish Tarquin would stop wasting police time like this. Thanks again to all those who have sent me kind words. I doubt very much that the attack on me is over, but at least this one has gone away. #OperationLetThemSpeak
