What will didi do now? She can't go to the Assembly because she lost the election. If she makes one of her MLAs resign to fight a bypoll, Suvendu Adhikari will stand against her and defeat her for the third time. She can't ask any of her Rajya Sabha MPs to resign and make way for her because she no longer has a majority in the Bengal Assembly, and BJP would snatch that seat if fresh Rajya Sabha elections are held due to resignation. She can't go to the Lok Sabha either till at least 2029. So where will she go after getting up every day?

@JAMACardio It was not inferior but ‘not non-inferior’ and in fact on treatment analysis demonstrated similar efficacy. High crossovers cannot be ignored.

On Apr 1, Vimal Prajapati brought dosa batter from a nearby dairy. His wife Bhavna cooked it, and they, along with their daughters Raha (3 months) and Mishri (4 years), ate it. Soon after, all four fell ill and were hospitalized. The daughters died; the parents survived. Police acted swiftly, registered a case, and took dairy samples. The dairy owner claimed innocence, saying hundreds buy batter daily, how could only one family be affected? That raised a logical point. Another issue that bothered the police was: who feeds dosa to a 3-month-old child? At that age, the child should be fed only breast milk. So police probed keeping all angles in mind. Investigation revealed that Bhavna maintained a diary in which she had written about her deep desire to have a son and had vowed to visit a temple if her wish was fulfilled. Next, toxicology reports found aluminium phosphide in the blood of victims. Police then found that Vimal had bought 10 packets of Sulphas (Celphos), a fumigant containing aluminium phosphide. He had used eight to preserve wheat but could not account for the remaining two packets. So, the probe so far suggests the likelihood of parent(s) poisoning their daughters and consuming a smaller quantity themselves so that they would survive, in a desire to have a son. If true, how heartless do you have to be to kill your own children like this?

Brigadier VK Joshi, 70, served the Army for three decades, survived war and multiple counterinsurgency operations, but lost his life to a stray bullet in a pointless clash between a group of urban dehatis. A Delhi-registered Fortuner overtook a Scorpio N on Mussoorie Road in Dehradun, which hurt the ScorpioN occupants ego. The ScorpioN occupants gave chase. When the Fortuner didn’t yield, the ScorpioN group of urban dehatis pulled out a pistol and started firing. At that very moment, Brigadier Joshi was out on his morning walk. A bullet from that reckless exchange found him. His friends rushed him to the hospital, but he was declared dead on arrival. A life of service ended by someone else’s arrogance. As far as the urban dehatis are concerned, I'm sure they'll be out on bail in no time.

@DrRoderickTung Cannot agree more. Demonstration of LBB capture using specific criteria is very important. We observed significantly higher odds of super-response in Precision LBBAP study (Heart rhythm).

LV septal capture is not sufficient for CRT. The main criteria for LBBaP in HeartSync required output dependent changes in QRS and/or LVAT: the sine qua non of conduction system capture. PhysioSync used and reported V1r' and LVAT predominantly- which is likely what the majority are doing.
