@Ariaattah @a4lasade Lol, he didn’t. A smaller mudu was put inside the same mudu(turned upside down) thereby reducing the amount of beans the mudu carries. That’s why you’ll see his hand still in the mudu after pouring so it doesn’t fall off.

Always ensure to make your incision higher because it's the cervix you'll just end up cutting open...
The cervix can be even pulled up to the level of the umbilicus.
Also when you deliver like this, don't just clamp the uterine arteries, suture both ends before starting to close in layers due to the possibility of vessel retraction!! If you just clamp and start suturing from one end, by the time you get to the other end the vessels may have retracted and you'll miss the vessels then after closing the woman when you take her to the ward the retracted vessels may reveal themselves back and you'll have a case of PPH and have to take her back to the theatre. A very subtle but live saving information.

I can remember the first time I did obstructed labour solo. Had the mother of lateral extension down to the cervix. Had to do bilateral UA ligation and I was sweating like Christmas chicken. When I finally told my oga, she simply said, "You made the incision in the usual place abi? God catch you🤣🤣🤣🤣." I was speechless. See my Oga laughing at what was the greatest predicament of my life. Me that I was almost considering quitting medicine on the table. I learned that day that in this life you can never cheat experience. You either have it or you don't.
