@FrankWNorris We have seen a big drop in 4+ English grades this year… very odd for us Many other schools saying the same… we will be asking for ROM for all our 3’s - but this is costly and shouldn’t have to be done

An expert in the field just told me, 'Of the 190,000 informed today of grade 3 in English Language, about 37,000 should have been awarded grade 4, and a handful, grade 5. Those 37,000 were not awarded Grade 4 because Ofqual failed to deliver a reliable grade.'
