@BrianLaManna_ @pipelineclub100 Gong’s built-in “Generate follow-up email” does not hyperlink. 2) For customers of ours who preview links, they’d see how long the link is and that doesn’t communicate trust. 3) This should be an easy enhancement.

@BrianLaManna_ @pipelineclub100 A better answer here: a Gong link shortener. I’m shocked at how long and ugly Gong URLs are. They look suspicious. If I didn’t know what Gong was, why would I click this complicated link with so many letters and numbers?

@BrianLaManna_ @pipelineclub100 We just switched to Gong and very surprised that the recordings generate more slowly than Kaia. My contribution as a new user would be easier snippet generation. Too many clicks to do it and copy the link. Maybe not hackathon material but a decent quality of life improvement
