Interesting difference in terminology - the Gov of NL is saying the old Upper Churchill Contract is being "ripped up", Quebec is calling it a "contract renewal to 2075".

The Churchill falls deal is non binding ageeement to replace thee existing Upper Churchill Contract with a new deal that would raise electricity prices to NL from .2 cents a kilowatt hour to 5.9 cents.

If you live in the Waterford Valley district, I think you should vote for Nicole. We need more people in the house of assembly who have experience working directly with the most vulnerable people in our province, and are motivated into politics to solve systemic problems.
