I am concerned to hear of the incident at Manchester Central Mosque last night. I know this will be worrying for Muslim communities, especially during Ramadan, a time of peace and reflection. The UK has long supported a transition of power in Venezuela. We regarded Maduro as an illegitimate President and we shed no tears about the end of his regime. I reiterated my support for international law this morning. The UK government will discuss the evolving situation with US counterparts in the days ahead as we seek a safe and peaceful transition to a legitimate government that reflects the will of the Venezuelan people.

@Leighlines @juneslater17 do with "indoctrination", it's simply a time saving method to use templates. The term "they" is gender neutral so it means they don't have to go through and spend ages changing it to "she" and "he". I'm not saying it's right, it's just the matter of fact.

Serious question: are there any decent schools left in England? Just read my daughter’s school report where every single teacher refers to her as ‘they’. The icing on the cake is from the geography teacher who asks ‘them’ to think how climate change can be prevented. I can’t homeschool- now what?
