@santanderuk tried to call to make an appointment to open a child’s account. When called it said the hours were until 4:30pm Monday - Friday and 12pm Saturday , however online they’re different. Please update so others aren’t caught out!
@EntertainerToys my mum purchased a remote control Toy Story car, in June for my sons birthday - sadly it’s no longer working (batteries etc have been changed several times) she no longer has the receipt. Where do we stand with this? As it’s less than 6 months old
@EntertainerToys Thanks for the reply - does it have to be in store? The closest one to us is half an hour away. My mum lives 5 hours away, but the toy in question is with us.
@JessicaSNoble Good Morning Jessica, we do ned a valid proof of purchase to be able to assist under warrenty , possibly if you can find the transaction on bank stateents and show that in store they would be able to look up the sale and assist that way.
@hayleyjwarren_ You need to know the child’s name before opening an account for a them, best to just put the money to one side then transfer when they have their own account
Anyone know anything about opening a savings account for a child that’s not your own? Can I open one for my 2 day old nephew that he can’t access until he’s 18? Do I need the birth certificate? He’s not got one yet.

@GriffithObserv very disappointed with the quality of my husbands sweater. Purchased whilst we were holidaying in LA a few weeks ago and the seams of one of the sleeves has two gaping holes. Definitely not worth the $60+ price tag!

@RoyalMailHelp my sons birth certificate was returned to us today from the passport office, in an envelope that clearly says ‘Please do not fold’ what did our postie do? They folded it! #NotHappy
@AsdaServiceTeam Went into my local ASDA to return the onesie. They refused to refund/exchange item to the price I originally paid for the set, as it’s now in the sale. Not happy as the onesie clearly has a dangerous fault.

@AsdaServiceTeam discovered some sharp plastic sewn into my babies onesie last night. Don’t have the receipt for these anymore please advise as to what to do next as this is unacceptable!
