Today made me @JetBlue’s number one hater. I was already having a hard time with the flights and now I gotta deal with bad customer service AFTER they left my bag in another country. I already filed my claim but I’m not doing this again.

Starlink direct to mobile phone Internet is exclusively with @Tmobile in the US for the first year, then other carriers thereafter. We are starting off working with one carrier in each country, but ultimately hope to serve all carriers.

Double F9 launch last night from both coasts! The @SpaceX Direct to Cell program just added 26 sats, bringing our total to 168 sats. @TMobile will have no more dead zones in the US later this year.

@JetBlue I’m in Chicago ohare My fight is delayed an hour. They don’t have people at the desk until 2 hrs before departure. So is it 2 hrs from the original time or will I be waiting for an extra hour

Been on hold for over 1 hour and 12 minutes with @jetblue and still no resolution. I’m beginning to feel no one is coming back to solve my issue that can only be solved by a live person. To make matters worse, this was my 4th attempt to speak to someone. Do better.

I will NEVER fly @JetBlue again! Our flight was delayed for 12+ hours. All passengers slept overnight in the airport. And JetBlue didn’t even offer so much as an apology! Never again.
