Starlink direct to mobile phone Internet is exclusively with @Tmobile in the US for the first year, then other carriers thereafter. We are starting off working with one carrier in each country, but ultimately hope to serve all carriers.

@JetBlue I’m in Chicago ohare My fight is delayed an hour. They don’t have people at the desk until 2 hrs before departure. So is it 2 hrs from the original time or will I be waiting for an extra hour

Been on hold for over 1 hour and 12 minutes with @jetblue and still no resolution. I’m beginning to feel no one is coming back to solve my issue that can only be solved by a live person. To make matters worse, this was my 4th attempt to speak to someone. Do better.

I will NEVER fly @JetBlue again! Our flight was delayed for 12+ hours. All passengers slept overnight in the airport. And JetBlue didn’t even offer so much as an apology! Never again.

How does @JetBlue manage flawless fast WiFi every flight but @AmericanAir charge me $35 for a service that is “unavailable” after using for 15mins into a 7 hour flight!

@JetBlue has the worst customer service in San Juan. We have been in line for 1 hour to check in bags because 4 agents have been assisting 1 family. 🙃
