@TMobile, managers that hang up when they get tired of customers, get fired. Seriously, what the hell? You teach that managers can just drop a call when the accounts get fucked up?
@TMobile This is really bad. I got a new Galaxy Watch 8 Ultra and the agent can't transfer the IMEI and previous # to the new device. They registered a new device to the account with a crap 986 area code rather than a 208. What kind of zoo is being run in the call ctr?

@TMobile Thank you sir! I would just like to be able to pay my usual month’s payment arrangement when it comes to settling my past due balance which is $61.11 today, & then $61.12 2 weeks later. That’s my usual monthly bill, & what I can afford to pay, & I need my service restored please
