@JewishERGs
Connecting Jewish ERG leaders at some of the largest (and smallest) companies worldwide!

Just before Passover came in, I returned from an incredible 2.5 Weeks in America - I connected with so many members of the JewishERGs community and our partners, gave a lecture at Yale, hosted round tables, lunch, dinner, parlour events and more.

Congrats to @UNLVPresHeavey on receiving the Humanitarian Award from the @AARWRegion, alongside Gard Jameson and Aleda Nelson, cofounders of @interfaithSN. UNLV is proud to be place where thoughtful conversations across disciplines, cultures and faiths can take place.

@jimfornyc For some reason I didn't know I wasn't following you back (I am now) but... I'm told this is not uncommon. ...To the point that I'm actually moderating a webinar about K-12 Antisemtism on the 4th Feb - there's still a few spots free! givebutter.com/sJefV7

Sometimes in life things mean the exact opposite of what they claim to the extent that is almost comical. What if Inclusion really means exclusion, Equity really means unfairness - and can Diversity really mean discrimination? The DEI coordinator of the Bristol school that cancelled a visit from a Jewish MP said that Hamas terrorists who carried out the October 7 massacre in Israel were “heroes fighting for justice”. Bristol Brunel Academy has been criticised for suspending a visit by Damien Egan, the Labour MP for Bristol North East and vice-chair of Labour Friends of Israel, after learning of planned protests. thetimes.com/uk/education/a…

OPINION | "Jewish continuity will not be secured by institutions alone. It will be built by people: parents, employees, neighbors and peers who choose to learn, engage, speak up and support one another." By Alla Aronov ejphil.com/4hwty

Here is an example from the BBC's antisemitism training. My review: The use of weird DEI cartoons, the absurd imagined scenario, the lack of engagement with actual editorial bias against Israel and Jews, the assumption that staff are morons who cannot interact with one another socially, all makes this a bit of a joke. spectator.co.uk/article/the-bb…
