I take shrooms to reset myself every once in a while. The first time I took some was with my son. We had just been through a year of some very stressful life. We took them and couldn’t stop laughing for about 3 hours. We laughed all the built up stress out. We were trying to get away from things that made us laugh cause we were exhausted. But it was amazing. When the trip was over it’s like my feeling of stress was reduced to a third of what I felt before. And my perspective changed. Before this everything in the room when I looked at things felt very close to me like squeezing me. I didn’t realize until the trip was over my visual perspective was now there was so much space I didn’t feel squeezed in. It lasts for months and then when I start feeling too stressed and difficult to relax. I have another trip and I’m good. I don’t think I explained very well but it’s good medicine.
