To hire an H-1B worker, companies must sign a federal form saying they can't find qualified Americans. We pulled 15 years of filings. Analyzed the top 5. 314,100 times they said no Americans available. 99,000 times they fired Americans. Signed under oath. Exposed by data.

Amazon: 30,000 Americans laid off. 12,000 H-1B visas approved. Same window. Meta: 16,000 out. 5,000 visas in. Microsoft: 3,426 out. 5,000 visas in. AI is taking the jobs. And the ones AI doesn’t take, they’re offshoring. This is accelerating rapidly before our eyes.

An IT body shop tries to defraud the H-1B lottery by submitting multiple petitions for the same foreign worker—a clear no-no. USCIS catches it and calls them out for fraud. The body shop withdraws the petition, thinking they’ll get off the hook. USCIS continues to pursue the case. The body shop is shocked that the agency is still going after them. Imagine how much fraud Biden’s USCIS allowed them to get away with.

First, 10/10 would recommend Claude Code for your primary AI agent (vs code and cursor also have good options and I like the IDEs but CC is a beast). For the commit log I include it at the end of each task file. Whenever I want to build something I create a detailed spec, then create an implementation plan, then break that plan down into bite sized task files that include detailed implementation instructions, testing info, docs updates, etc. the commit log lives at the very end of this file.

Pro Tip: always include a commit log in task files for coding agents. This allows then to easily load the proper context and review changes over time. Make sure you include a separate commit for code formatters like prettier.

@Timcast Liberal white women have never been held accountable for their insane rhetoric and it becomes more performative over time to try and impress their retarded friends. There has to be some high profile case to make them realize that their insane babbling will ruin their life.

@FischerKing64 I haven't seen a study but I'd wager that younger parents have more energy and interact with their children more. This early interaction drives cognitive growth. Perhaps the eggs and sperm are better but I'm leaning towards the interaction -> learning pipeline.

A study analyzing IQ, health and longevity of people born to young parents (say both in their early 20s) vs people born to ‘professionals’ who wait until their late 30s or 40s. This might be revealing. You might find the kids born to younger people are better across the board.

This is going to make a lot of politicians mad. Banning Sharia Law is not enough. All the third world terrorists who hate us would still be here. If we want to save America from total destruction, we have to round up every muslim and send them home. It is the only way.

@DerekAyala1987 @DiamondHillGM I appreciate that. I missed this last go-around because we decided to pull the kids from school and do a year long RV trip across the USA. It has been a wonderful experience and we should be home in mid-May. Then I'll re-engage with our local Republican party leadership.

I know its probably not as profitable but I prefer smaller shows. Less production. It feels like you get to know the artist instead of going to a "movie" where the artist is the star. This type of show would probably only work near the artist's home turf since travel drives the costs up. Max Stallings and Cory Morrow are two that seem to do this well.

Something tells me live performance of music has become very low on the priority list in this time we’re in. It’s not in my interest as an artist to say that but I feel it. There are bigger things at hand than going to shows. That is reserved for times of peace and prosperity

A hacker group just compromised one of the most widely used security scanners in the world, and used it to steal half a million credentials from companies that trusted it to keep them safe. On March 19, a threat actor group called TeamPCP injected credential-stealing malware into Trivy, a popular open-source vulnerability scanner maintained by Aqua Security. Trivy is used by thousands of companies to scan their code and infrastructure for security flaws. The attackers compromised 75 GitHub Action tags, the Trivy Docker images, and related CI/CD pipelines, meaning every company running automated security scans through Trivy was unknowingly executing the attackers' code. The malware harvested SSH keys, cloud credentials, Kubernetes secrets, cryptocurrency wallets, and .env files from every environment it touched. The stolen data was encrypted and exfiltrated to attacker-controlled servers. But the attack didn't stop there. Using credentials stolen from Trivy's CI/CD pipeline, TeamPCP then backdoored LiteLLM, a widely used Python framework for managing AI model APIs. Two malicious versions (1.82.7 and 1.82.8) were pushed to PyPI, the main Python package repository. The second version was designed to execute automatically on every Python process startup in the environment, no user interaction required. From there, it deployed privileged pods across entire Kubernetes clusters and installed persistent backdoors on every node. The attackers also pushed compromised Docker images of Trivy (versions 0.69.4, 0.69.5, 0.69.6) to Docker Hub and compromised dozens of npm packages with a self-spreading worm called CanisterWorm. They even defaced 44 internal Aqua Security repositories in a scripted 2-minute burst, renaming them all with "TeamPCP Owns Aqua Security." According to the International Cyber Digest, which is in direct contact with the attackers, TeamPCP claims to have exfiltrated 300 GB of compressed credentials and is actively working through them. The LiteLLM compromise alone reportedly yielded half a million stolen credentials. The group says it is currently extorting several multi-billion-dollar companies. Each compromised environment yielded credentials that unlocked the next target. The pivot from CI/CD pipelines to production Python packages running in Kubernetes clusters was deliberate escalation. Security researchers say this campaign is "almost certainly not over." This is what a modern supply chain attack looks like. The tools companies trust to secure their infrastructure become the attack vector. The irony is brutal, the security scanner was the vulnerability.

🚨 HOLY SMOKES! SCOTUS Justice Samuel Alito CALLED OUT liberals Ketanji Jackson and Sotomayor for playing word games to facilitate a migrant invasion of America He is so good 🔥 "I believe that BOTH you and Justice Sotomayor and Justice Jackson on several occasions have used the phrase 'arriving at.'" "I think you said you 'arrived at' your house, but that's not the term that is in the statute. Do you think there is no difference between 'arriving at' a location and arriving IN the location?" "Does a person arrive IN the house when the person is not IN the house and is knocking at the door asking to be admitted to the house?!" LAWYER: "Yes, I think here, the door is open, the officer is standing on the other side of the threshold." Alito here was vouching FOR the Trump admin's position that we should be able to turn away invaders.
