I am pleased to report that on November 18, 2024 the MI Judicial Tenure Commission has acknowledged receipt of my September 30, 2024 request for an investigation of Justice @KyraHBolden for allegations of bribery involving an $82,500 contribution to her campaign committee by MI Secretary of State @JocelynBenson. Bolden subsequently wrote the majority opinion that eliminated effective oversight of our elections in favor of defendant Benson. Bolden's opinion overturned what had previously been unanimous rulings by lower courts.
