Load planning issues delayed AA300 and I missed my flight to HND AA169. I will miss my cruise departure and we are stranded in LAX with no luggage, no hotel, and the flight you want to book us on misses the cruise. Put us on another airline would really help @AmericanAir

@JetBlue There's also multiple dates with availability. None go through successfully. Please ask IT to look into this.

@JetBlue I don't think it's an inventory issue. I'm able to add the flight to my cart. Completing entire checkout process with points and CC info, then you throw an error saying it can't be booked.

@jetblue You're listing partner award flights, but not allowing customers to book them. Transferred a bunch of points for a flight I need, and now it's stuck and I can't use them for what I need.

@JetBlue Already tried that. Reached out to multiple reps, they're telling me it can't be booked. Remove the listing if it can't be booked.

@JimmyFung0520 Try booking without the bags. They can't be added later. That usually solves the issue since bags can't be paid with points.

@SamsungSupport Can I get some help w/ Failed FingerPrint sensor for Note 9? Been on Samsung Care Chat and rep just ghosts me. Have tried, and tried again, clearing cache, starting in safe mode, wiping fingerprint area. Reset and MTP test continues to fail. TIA
