@Jimmydan Hi there, sorry to hear this. If you select tickets for one adult and three children, it automatically changes the child to an adult and applies a GroupSave discount as it's much cheaper doing it this way. Children aren't eligible for the GroupSave discount normally - Kathy

@GWRHelp I just bought 1 adult and 3 children tickets on the app, but the price breakdown shows I was charged for 3 adults and 1 children. How can I claim back the difference please
