probably not. CCIP's Risk Management Network is a separate validation layer that monitors for exactly this kind of anomaly - 116k tokens minted with no backing would've been flagged and paused before it hit lending markets. layerzero's 1/1 DVN config was the single point of failure. CCIP doesn't let you run that weak of a setup, the multi-verifier requirement is enforced by design.
