Most difficult thing is sourcing it In some places it's possible to buy it fresh, but more commonly it can be found dehydrated and used in place of milk powder to make shakes or homemade ice cream

Canned oysters, sardines, etc are extremely underutilized for people tight on time or traveling. Are they perfect? No. But they are a far better option than 95% of fast food options. Great source of protein & omega 3 + strong micronutrient profile.
