If any regular person tore any knee ligament they wouldn’t be throwing a football for a year+. It’s impressive no matter what

Still processing the Klubnik pick. The Jets traded up 18 spots in the 4th to get him, which to me is the part I am stuck on. They didn't just take a QB. They moved up to get him specifically. So I'm trying to figure out what he is to this team. Backup? Developmental project? Actual competition for competition sake? Curious where you guys land. Why "burn" 2 picks for him?
