I own a multi million dollar house. I retired my parents and they live with me. No kids. One dog. Two cars. All on a $150,000 salary. I have enough to provide for everyone, take care of myself, and still stack Bitcoin. I even pull equity out of my house every 3-5 years and put it into Bitcoin. 90% of my net worth is probably in Bitcoin. Does that make me retarded? Maybe. Will that stop me from stacking more? Never. A lot of people will tell you $150,000 isn’t enough to survive anymore. I’m living proof that it is. But you can’t live like a consumer zombie and then cry that life is expensive. Live below your means. Eat real food. Workout. Stop buying shit you don’t need. Stop trying to impress people who would forget you existed in 24 hours. And save in assets that actually matter. Because here’s the ugly truth: If you put $10,000 into QQQ 15 years ago, you’d have roughly $130,000 today. Insane return. If you put $10,000 into Bitcoin around the same time, you’d be sitting on roughly $80M+. That’s the difference between buying growth and buying monetary escape velocity. So be honest: What’s actually stopping you from putting 100% of your networth in Bitcoin?

I totally get it. Having conversations around federally mandated min wages doesn't help fix any issues. People are drowning because our government has been on a wild spending spree that raised the debt 16 trillion since 2019 to a total of 39 trillion. Printing money like that resulted in inflation with cumulative CPI rising 29% since 2019 and eroding the dollar's purchasing power by 22%. Our government's spending is killing us! Not to mention onerous ACA regulations have caused healthcare expenses to double since signed into law -driven by admin costs -not care. Our government's spending and interference with onerous regulation that only benefits their friends are killing the common man. Meanwhile, NGO bureaucrats in DC making high 6 figures for made up jobs funded by our taxpayers are griping because their sinecures have been eliminated precisely to stop the steal from the American worker. The solution to our problems is less government interference, not more.

Am I the only one who still views minimum wage as gas money for your car and movie tickets for you and your date while you gain work experience in high school or at the bookstore in college? When did it become a career wage?

A lot of food gets eaten and their health declines and then they need more government funded assistance to cover the health decline...

@dantypo Even someone making 12/hr is drowning, stop looking at just 7.25. That is the line at which they say is the lowest to justify paying 10 an hour and saying "at least its not minimum wage".

My home is paid off. My wife & I allegedly own it FREE & CLEAR. But today we got a bill for property taxes. If we don't pay it, ARMED MEN will come & take it from us & then cage me until I pay them MY MONEY. So do I own it? Am I really free? I already pay 35% income tax + easily another 15% taxes in: -Sales. -Gas & fuel. -Capital gains. -Plethora of other taxes. TAXATION IS THEFT. Property tax shouldn't exist.
